Why we built
a third option.
The Indian POS market is dominated by Petpooja (Tier-1, annual contracts, Rs 1,200+) and Posist (enterprise chains, Rs 1,500–3,000/outlet). The GCC market is dominated by Foodics (iPad-only, AED 199+, hardware bundle).
Both markets share the same underserved middle: SMB restaurants in Tier-2/3 cities and small UAE outlets who can't afford the metro pricing, don't want the hardware lock-in, and don't need the enterprise features.
We built Online eMenu for that middle. Rs 799 / AED 99 per month, monthly billing, runs on the device you already own, with WhatsApp ordering as the customer-acquisition unfair advantage. The same platform, in three languages, across three regulatory regimes.
That's the whole product strategy. Everything else — the KDS, the multi-printer routing, the inventory module, the Customer 360 — is just consequence of doing the floor right.
